  1. What kind of pets do you allow?
    We allow cats and dogs. There is no weight limit for dogs; however we do have breed restrictions. Exotic pets are approved on a case by case basis.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    We allow two pets per apartment.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Yes, there is a $25 monthly pet rent per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    You must have a government issued photo ID and your checkbook to reserve an apartment! We suggest you bring a camera or use your phone to take memorable photos of our beautiful community.
  5. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    You must earn least two and a half times the monthly rent. Credit and criminal background are verified through a third party.
  6. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    One month worth of paystubs, or last year’s filed income tax return if business owner. If you are starting a new job we will accept a signed offer letter on company letterhead.
  7. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    The security deposit is 100% refundable if you return the apartment in clean condition and there are no damages above normal wear and tear.
  8. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Anyone can break a lease by providing a 60-day written notice and paying a termination fee in accordance with your lease buyout agreement.
  9. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes a month-to-month fee may apply.
  10. What utilities are included in my lease?
    As a Centerpoint Resident, we pay for your water, sewer, and trash. You are responsible for heating/cooling and electric.
  11. How long is the term of the lease?
    The standard term of the lease is 12 months however; you may sign a 3-11 month lease subject to the terms and availability based on your move in date.
  12. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes. Please ask your Leasing Professional for details on availability and terms.
  13. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes.
  14. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    No, we do not offer furnished apartments; however, please see your Leasing Professional for a referral if you need furnishings for your apartment.
  15. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    Yes.
  16. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    24-hour emergency maintenance services are provided by calling the onsite leasing office phone number. For non-emergencies simply call, stop by in person, or email the onsite leasing office.
  17. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the first of every month.
  18. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    The 6th day of the month.
  19. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes.
  20. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes. Please use our resident portal online.
  21. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes, for up to 10 days, anything over that the lease requires them to be added as a lease holder.
  22. Do you have reserved parking?
    Yes. Parking permits are available through Landmark Parking and are $145.00 per car, per month.
  23. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Please ask your Leasing Professional for details.
  24. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, they would need to be added as occupants if under the age of 18, and added as lease holders if over the age of 18.
  25. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    No.
  26. Do you have cable services?
    Yes.
  27. Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes.
  28. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    No.
  29. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    Yes.
  30. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No, but we do have a grill area in our courtyard.
  31. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes.
  32. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    Yes, as long as the apartment is returned to its original condition upon move out.
  33. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes, all packages are accepted at the concierge desk.
  34. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes. Please ask your Leasing Professional for details.
  35. Where do I register to Vote?
    The local Post Office.
  36. How is your property different from the competition?
